Each placement of advertiser-sponsored content is formatted to be consistent with the layout of our site. It is clearly marked as an advertiser-sponsored content. 

DO YOU MAKE MONEY THROUGH THE BLOG?

I make money two ways: sponsored content and affiliates. I’m lucky to have the opportunity to work with some amazing brands and if I’m ever being paid for a post, it will be disclosed that it’s “sponsored”. You can read more about it here. 

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

Payment for services is submitted through an invoice and paid via Paypal.

Will THE audience know that IT'S sponsored?

Absolutely, yes. Each placement is labeled with a clear message that the content is sponsored. Transparency is important to us.

WHY DID YOU MOVE TO CANADA? 

You can read about our immigration story here, but the short answer is that we moved because Craig got a work opportunity in Canada. Why Alberta?  Because it was easier for Craig to get a job offer in that province at the time.

WHO TAKES PHOTOS OF YOU?

If it's not me or Craig (or whoever else is available), it's my extremely talented branding photographer, Tracey (who doubles as a bestie). If you would like to view her work, maybe hire her or purchase her Mobile Lightroom presets, you can do so here. 

HOW DO YOU EDIT YOUR PHOTOS?

If they are Iphone photos, I usually start with Tracey's presets, because they can brighten up any dull photos. If they are camera photos, I'll import them to Lightroom and edit them there first. After that, I'll tweak photos in VSCO using filters like: A6, G1, KP8, and AL1.
